How do I edit my profile to change my password or notification settings and other details?

You can change your username, password, contact and personal information. If you're an Administrator, you have the added ability to change your settings for review related notifications.

To edit your profile:

  1. Select your name in the upper-right corner of Claro to open the User Account menu.
  2. Select Edit My Profile.
  3. Select each tab to view the information associated with it.
    Basic: You can change your First Name and Last Name (these are displayed as your username) and upload an Avatar
    Contact Information: You have the option to add your Phone, Fax, and Mobile numbers, as well as your Address.
    Password: You can enter a new Password. Passwords must be at least 8 characters and contain at least one upper case, one lower case, and one special character. Select the Save button when you’re done.
    About Me: You can include a brief Bio, your Expertise, Organization, Department and Position.
    Social Networking: You can enter information for connecting with you on Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Windows Live, Skype, AOL Instant Messenger, Yahoo! Instant Messenger, and Google Talk.
    Notifications: If you are an Administrator you have the option to turn off notifications for When a course enters review and When a reviewer is done.
  4. Select Done to commit your changes.
