What are the standard email messages sent by Claro?

Claro sends out email messages to invite new users, assign users to a course, inform users of review periods, reset passwords, and notify users when others have completed their review. Here are what these emails look like:

Invitation Email

If you do not edit anything in the Invitation Email message, the email the invited user receives looks like this (with variable text for the link and your own Claro account information and email added as a signature):

Subject: Getting started with Claro.

Body
: At the end of this message is a link for you to use for your first log in.

Where do I get started?
The answer to this question is simple - go straight to the Help tab!

The first thing we recommend is to use the Guide link to download the self-study Training Guide. Then, spend some time with our YouTube videos to quickly learn how to use some of the main Claro features.

What do I do if I get stuck?
Answers to most questions are right in the online help/Claro Knowledge Base. Use the Search Help field and we'll start filtering articles as you type.

Our Support team is only a message away. Use the Get Support button to open the Support forum and send us a message with your question or issue.

The above url is for you to complete your first log in to Claro. On any subsequent log ins, just use this shorter url:

Note: Your initial invitation will expire after 60 hours. This is for security reasons. If it does expire, though, you can request a new invite link via email on the log-in page.
